Pkgs Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Brown Sugar (I use dark)
3/4 cup Sugar
Blend at low speed
with an electric mixer
3 Eggs (Whole)
Mix into cream
cheese/sugar mixture one at a time
Then add:
Mix until all ingredients
are thoroughly blended

Crust:
1-1/2 cups Graham
Cracker Crumbs
1/2 stick Butter
1/4 cup Sugar
Mix, press into
bottom of Springform pan. Pour cake mixture into pan and bake at 350
for 1 hour/15 minutes
Topping:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Cut together until
crumbly ... sprinkle on top of hot cake (after it has baked) then bake
for another 15 minutes. Chill overnight. For best results, cream cheese,
eggs, cream and butter should be room temperature.
